• 本地訂單需要5-7個工作日（預購品除外）進行送遞，我們會在 5-7個工作日內發貨。
• 國際訂單需要 7-14 個工作日（預購品除外）透過EMS進行送遞，我們會在 5-7個工作日內發貨。
• 運送時間可能因地點、運送方式和其他因素而異。
• Local orders need 5-7 working days （exclusing pre-order item）for delivery, we will send the goods off within 5-7 working days,
• International orders need 7-14 working days （exclusing pre-order item）for delivery via EMS , we will send the goods off within 5-7 working days.
• The time of shipment may depend on location, mode of shipment, and other factors.

送遞費用 Delivery fee

• 當客人進行付款時將同時選擇送遞方式及，具體費用取決於您選擇的交付方式和國家/地區。 結賬時會顯示全價。
• When the guest makes payment, the delivery method will be selected at the same time. The exact cost depends on the delivery method and the country/region you choose. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

If the product is damaged or malfunctioning, we offer a 14-day exchange policy.

• 我們有 14 天的換貨政策：自收到商品之日起14天內透過電郵提供換貨要求，且商品必須未有人為損害、未使用，並附有購買證明，並附上您的訂單號、姓名和退貨原因。
• 請注意，客戶需負責退回商品的運費。
• We have a 14-day replacement policy: within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item, customers can send a replacement request via email, and the item must be undamaged, unused, accompanied by proof of purchase and the order number, name and reason for return.
• Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned goods.

Simply add the quantity of items to your cart when you browse our store. When you need to pay, go to your shopping cart and click "checkout".
